By the end of this course, students will be able to apply agile project management principles and practices to Tulip solution development. This course provides a concrete set of tools and concepts for creating value quickly and continuously as you deploy Tulip solutions.
 
• Understanding Agile Project Management Concepts: Develop an understanding of core agile project management concepts and principles that emphasize creating value quickly and continuously as part of the solution development process.
 
• Frameworks for Prioritizing App Building and Use-Cases: Apply a set of frameworks for prioritizing app building and use-cases to emphasize creating value and building organizational capabilities over time within the context of large-scale Tulip projects.
 
• Creating Value Quickly and Continuously: Ensure that solutions create value quickly and continuously, even as they are deployed through multiple phases, by applying agile project management principles and practices.
 
• Implementing Agile Ceremonies: Implement agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint review, and sprint retrospective, to support the development process and ensure continuous improvement of both the product and the process.
 
• Applying Agile to Tulip Projects: Apply an agile framework to execute Tulip projects by identifying future state, prioritizing use-cases, and executing increments in a series of sprints to create value and organizational knowledge for later phases of the project.
