As fun as it can be to chase and idea down the app-development rabbit hole, at the end of the day you need to create value for your organization.

This course is designed to help you assess your operations and pick a use-case that works for you. The goal here is to enable you to determine the digital maturity of your organization, think critically about immediate operational needs, and select a use-case that aligns with measurable improvements.

To do this, walk you through the process we go through with each of our customers. We'll:

  • Review reliable improvement KPIs for any stage of a product's lifecycle
  • Align improvement metrics with a Tulip "use-case"
  • Turn broad use-cases into detailed user requirements
  • Scope and design apps that return our desired outputs

By the end of this short course, you'll have a framework for picking a timely use-case that creates alignment between business and operational needs.
