Tulip Solution Design
Use agile methodologies to align business objectives with processes, physical operations, and operator activities to build an iterative, human-centric Tulip Solution.
Unlike traditional MES or monolithic solutions, the Tulip platform is designed for continuous development and thrives with a dedicated team of stakeholders led by a Tulip Champion/Solution Lead. This course will sketch out Tulip's multi-perspective approach to Solution Design as well as topics agile methodologies:

- Define Business Objectives and KPIs: Learn how to set clear business objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align with your organization's goals.
- Analyze Business and Operator Needs: Discover how to effectively plan, scope, and map apps to processes on the shop floor by understanding your business and operator requirements.
- Engage the Right People: Identify and involve the necessary stakeholders and roles in the Tulip Solution project to ensure seamless implementation.
- Build a Custom Data Model: Master Tulip's data structure, allowing you to build your own custom data model and collect and analyze relevant data efficiently.
- Select or Create Apps: Explore the Tulip Library, where you can customize available app templates, or create your own apps from scratch following the Tulip Solution Design Credo.
- Ready, Test, and Deploy: Prepare your site, thoroughly test your solution, and deploy the first iteration effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Embrace a culture of continuous improvement by adapting apps based on operator feedback and evolving operational needs.
